Introduction method for new protection key driver.

• This driver supports Windows 2000 and XP in addition to Windows Vista.
• If you upgrade to Windows Vista from 2000 or XP. Please go through the following steps to install the new protection key driver before your upgrade.

To those who have already installed old protection key driver which does not support Windows Vista.

• How to uninstall an old protection key driver

Before uninstall an old protection key driver, please end the program and remove the key from your USB port.

1. Please download the following utility program.
   • HASP driver utility program
   • H4_hinstall_emergency.zip (about 4MB)
2. Unzip the H4_hinstall_emergency.zip file downloaded from our web site.
3. Run the uninstall.bat file and follow the instructions on screen.
4. Click ‘OK’ button after the ‘The operation was successfully completed.’ message appears.

• How to install a new protection key driver.

You can download the latest protection key driver installation program from our web site. Before the new driver installation, please end the program and remove the key from your USB port.

1. Please download the latest protection key driver installation program.
   • HASP Driver installation program v3
   • HASP_install_v3.zip (about 6.5MB)
2. Unzip the HASP_install_v3.zip file downloaded from our web site.
3. Run the hasp.exe file and follow the instructions on screen.
4. Click ‘OK’ button after the ‘The operation was completed successfully.’ message appears.
5. Inserts the protection key into an open USB-Port. Hardware information is renewed. Please operate it according to the directions displayed on a screen. Installation is completion above.
