The bug that occurred in Win 10 was fixed by Windows Update.
As a follow-up to Bug report of 3D SpectAlyze (January 04, 2021), It has confirmed that the “Windows 10 version-dependent bug” has been resolved by installing the cumulative update (KB 4601319) distributed as a quality update program for Windows Update on February 9, 2021.
